William "BJ" Parker Jr., a 28-year-old resident of Wilmington, Delaware, passed away on January 14, 2020. He attended William Penn High School and worked in various labor and warehouse positions. BJ had a passion for basketball, boxing, and wrestling, and was known for his generosity and willingness to help family and friends. He was remembered as someone who would give his last and look for more.
