William “BJ” Parker Jr., a 28-year-old Black male, was shot in the early hours of January 14, 2020, in Wilmington, Delaware, and died soon after. Police were called at 1:31 a.m. to the 300 block of West 6th Street, where officers found a 28-year-old gunshot victim and rushed him to a hospital, but he did not survive.
