On May 2, 2009, 38-year-old Felix Tiempos was fatally struck by a bullet while walking to his car in the parking lot of the Canby Park Shopping Center, located at 1952 S. Maryland Ave in Wilmington, Delaware. The incident occurred during a shootout between two parties exchanging gunfire in the parking lot. Tragically, Tiempos was an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire.
