Randolph White, a 40-year-old Black / African American male from Wilmington, Delaware, was shot on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, in the 2200 block of North Market Street. At the time the indictment was announced, Edwards was already incarcerated on an unrelated matter. He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11, and bail was set at $1,050,000 cash only. He remained committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution following the arraignment.
