Thermond Norwood Redden, Jr., a 28-year-old man from Wilmington, Delaware, was tragically murdered on January 13, 2016. Redden was found fatally shot in the early hours of that morning in the area of 9th and Jackson Streets, a neighborhood in Wilmington known for its proximity to various housing developments. He was discovered by police after responding to a report of shots fired, and he was later pronounced dead at the scene.
