Thermond Norwood Redden, a 28-year-old Black / African American man from Wilmington, Delaware, was fatally shot on the evening of January 13, 2016. Shortly after 6:30 p.m., Wilmington police and emergency personnel were dispatched to a garage in the 1200 block of North Locust Street after receiving a report described as a "subject down."
