An African-American male, age 25, named Ramadan Kareem Dorsey died on February 10, 2008 in Wilmington, Delaware. He succumbed to gunshot wounds after being found by Wilmington police at about 12:47 a.m. near the 200 block of South Market Street. Despite efforts by authorities and medical personnel, his injuries were fatal.
