In a tragic turn of events on a late Saturday night, a dispute between roommates in a Phoenix home culminated in a murder-suicide. Ryan Liming, a 44-year-old male, was shot and killed by his roommate, 55-year-old James Quinn, who then took his own life. The incident unfolded on June 1, 2024, at their residence near Greenway Road and Tatum Boulevard.
