On a Tuesday evening in Wilmington, Delaware, the life of 21-year-old Cameron Johnson, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On September 14, 2010, at approximately 9:50 p.m., Johnson was near the corner of Elm and South VanBuren Street when he was shot multiple times in the torso.
