Black / African American male, age 38. On the evening of February 23, 2017, Keeven Hale, age 38, was shot multiple times near his home on the 600 block of East 23rd Street in Wilmington, Delaware. Officers responding to a ShotSpotter alert found Hale gravely wounded inside his living room and another man—21-year-old Kashiem Thomas—lying injured on the sidewalk outside.
