In the early morning hours of the Fourth of July, 2024, the life of Kevin Harris, a 49-year-old Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in Wilmington, Delaware. At approximately 1:07 a.m., Wilmington Police responded to reports of gunfire in the 900 block of North Lombard Street. Upon their arrival, they discovered Harris suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
