Murdered

On the evening of September 4, 2024, at approximately 10:28 p.m., Wilmington Police responded to reports of a shooting in the 700 block of East 22nd Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered 19-year-old Kwamir Wise lying on a hill with gunshot wounds to his hip and face. He was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
