Black/African American male Robert Bailey, age 24, was shot on the evening of January 14, 2015, outside the Citgo station in the 600 block of Concord Avenue in Wilmington, Delaware. Responding officers found him suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper and lower body. Medics rushed him to Christiana Hospital in critical condition, where he later died from his injuries.
