Black / African American male Nathaniel Taquan Mangrum, age 31, went out just after midnight on April 1, 2016, to the Shades of Blue Bar and Grill on Governor Printz Boulevard in Wilmington. Inside the crowded club, the night tilted from celebration to chaos. Shortly after 12:30 a.m., gunfire erupted. Two men were hit.
