Nathaniel Mangrum, a 31-year-old man from Wilmington, Delaware, was tragically killed on April 1, 2016, in what authorities later determined to be a homicide. The incident unfolded when Mangrum was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the area of the 800 block of East 22nd Street in Wilmington.
