Marquis Lopez Jr., a 20-year-old from Wilmington, Delaware, tragically lost his life on October 17, 2021, following a fatal shooting. According to police reports, Lopez was found in critical condition after being shot in the area of the 300 block of East 26th Street in Wilmington. Emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene, but despite efforts to save him, Lopez succumbed to his injuries shortly after being transported to the hospital.
