Murdered

Larry Parks, a 17-year-old from Wilmington, Delaware, was tragically murdered on January 21, 2012. Parks was shot and killed while sitting in a parked car with a friend on the 200 block of North Broom Street. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m., when an assailant approached the vehicle and opened fire, striking Parks multiple times.
