On March 11, 2019, at approximately 4:30 a.m., Wilmington, Delaware, police responded to reports of gunfire on West 26th Street. Inside a residence, they discovered 17-year-olds Christian Coffield and his girlfriend, Janiya Henry, both fatally shot. The young couple had recently become parents to a three-month-old son, Christian Jr.
