Do you know who murdered 17 year old Lamar Wilmer in 2013?
On December 9, 2013, a 17‑year‑old Black male, Lamar Wilmer, was fatally shot in Wilmington, Delaware. He was at his family home, located on the 2600 block of North Van Buren Street, when two young males came to the front door asking for “Mar.” Upon being told someone was there for him, Lamar acknowledged knowing them and stepped outside to meet with them.
