Hispanic/Latino male, age 42. On the cold Wednesday morning of December 1, 2021, Salvador Torres-Vasquez, age 42, was shot on the 1200 block of West Third Street in Wilmington, Delaware. Officers were called around 9 a.m., found a 42-year-old male with gunshot wounds, and rushed him to the hospital, where he died. By early evening, police publicly identified him as Salvador Torres-Vasquez and noted that the investigation was ongoing.
