Death by Force

On May 8, 2024, 19-year-old African American male Kymere Mehki Allen was fatally shot in Wilmington, Delaware. The incident occurred in the Southbridge neighborhood, specifically on the 400 block of South Heald Street. According to police reports, Allen was one of two 19-year-old males struck by gunfire that afternoon. The second victim survived and was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
