Black/African American male, age 19, Dwayne Grimes was shot in Wilmington, Delaware, on Monday, October 16, 2017, at about 4:20 p.m. Police responded to the 500 block of West 6th Street, near Jefferson Street, where officers found the 19-year-old with a gunshot wound to his torso. Paramedics treated him at the scene before he was taken to Christiana Hospital, where he died of his injuries shortly afterward.
