Trevor Evans, a 19-year-old male, was fatally shot on the West Side of Chicago on February 2, 2018. The incident occurred around 3:55 p.m. in the 400 block of South Pulaski. According to the Chicago Police and the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office, Evans was shot multiple times and was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries at 5:21 a.m. the following day. He resided in the Lawndale neighborhood.
