A Black / African American male, **22-year-old** Kellier Shyheim Flamer was shot on the evening of January 15, 2019 in Wilmington, Delaware, in the Hilltop neighborhood. Police responded at about 7:03-7:04 p.m. to reports of gunfire in the 1200 block of Conrad Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Flamer suffering from gunshot wounds.
