In the quiet, early morning hours of August 18, 2014, a violent encounter shattered the peace of a rural home in Porum, Oklahoma, leading to the death of 56-year-old Billy Wayne Fools. A white male, Fools was inside his residence when he was shot twice in the stomach with what authorities described as a high-powered rifle.
