On a late April day in 2022, the community of Stigler, Oklahoma, was unsettled by the violent death of 58-year-old Terry Vernard. A male resident of the small town, Vernard was the victim of a fatal shooting on April 28th. The incident prompted an immediate and intensive investigation by local law enforcement.
