On a cold January evening in 2015, a tragedy unfolded in Wilmington, Delaware, that would ripple through the community for years to come. Sixteen-year-old Jordan K.D. Ellerbe, a Black male, was simply sitting on a porch in the Hilltop neighborhood on January 23rd, listening to music with friends, when gunfire erupted.
