On the evening of October 24, 2021, an 18-year-old African American male named Zion Davis-Shelton was senselessly taken from this world in Wilmington, Delaware. He was fatally shot around 8 p.m. on the unit block of West 27th Street and succumbed to his injuries after being transported to a nearby hospital.
