On the evening of October 24, 2021, 18-year-old Zion Davis-Shelton was fatally shot in Wilmington, Delaware. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. on the unit block of West 27th Street. Davis-Shelton, a resident of New Castle, was transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
