Stephan Price, 19, a Black male, was shot on the evening of October 28, 2019, in Wilmington, Delaware. Police were called around 8:05 p.m. to the 2500 block of Thatcher Street in the city’s Eastlake/Northeast area, where a 19-year-old gunshot victim was found and taken to the hospital, where he died of his injuries. His identity as the victim was released the next day, and obituary notices later recorded his date of death as October 28, 2019.
