Dwayne Britt, a 24-year-old man from Wilmington, Delaware, was tragically killed on September 13, 2019, in what authorities later described as a targeted homicide. Britt, who had been out in the city that night, was found suffering from gunshot wounds after an altercation. The incident occurred in the early morning hours, and emergency responders rushed to the scene to provide aid. Despite their efforts, Britt succumbed to his injuries shortly after being transported to the hospital.
