Dion Brooks, a 38-year-old man from Wilmington, Delaware, was killed in a tragic incident on the evening of September 6, 2018. According to authorities, Brooks was shot multiple times in the area of the 1100 block of West 5th Street, a known residential neighborhood in the city.
