A 43‑year‑old Black male named Ronald Wallace was discovered wounded by gunfire in the early morning hours of May 9, 2022, in Wilmington, Delaware. Police received a call at approximately 6:42 a.m. reporting a shooting in the 600 block of West Street. When officers arrived, they found the middle‑aged Black man suffering from gunshot wounds.
