Michael Bowles, a 52-year-old African American male from Wilmington, Delaware, was killed on November 18, 2022, after a shooting in the city's Eastlawn neighborhood. The violence unfolded late that Friday afternoon, around 5:10 p.m., when Wilmington police were called to the 200 block of Cityview Avenue for a reported shooting.
