Antwine Potts, 47, a Black male from Wilmington, Delaware, was shot on the night of May 6, 2023, on the 1800 block of West 3rd Street. Officers responding just after 9:30 p.m. found him with gunshot wounds; he was rushed to a hospital in critical condition and later died.
