On July 20, 2012, 22-year-old Kevin D'Anthony Waterman was fatally shot in Wilmington, Delaware, following an argument over a dice game. The altercation escalated when 27-year-old Kasheif Dollard of Bear, Delaware, drew a handgun and shot Waterman in the back as he walked down the street. Waterman succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
