Christian Serrano, a 22-year-old White male from Wilmington, Delaware, was shot multiple times on the evening of March 17, 2016, in the 200 block of North Connell Street. Officers responding just after 6:30 p.m. found him mortally wounded; he was pronounced dead at the scene. Another man, Jerry DeLeon, was also struck and survived.
