On November 12, 2023, a tragic shooting occurred at the New Orleans Square Apartments in Shreveport, Louisiana, resulting in the death of 28-year-old Kenmorria Kendrick. The incident took place around 1:40 a.m. when officers responded to the scene and found Kendrick, who had been shot twice in the torso. Alongside Kendrick, a woman was also found suffering from injuries, though her condition was not specified as fatal.
