On January 29, 2024, at approximately 2:00 a.m., 18-year-old Demontrell Johnson was fatally shot in the head at a residence in the 2400 block of Darien Street in Shreveport's Queensborough neighborhood. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 2:21 a.m.
