On September 4, 2016, Desmond Antonyo Jenkins, age 28, was shot and killed in Kansas City, Missouri. The Kansas City Police Department received a call at approximately 9:12 p.m. regarding the sound of gunfire at a residential address on Bellefontaine Avenue.
