Anthony Bell, aged 49, was fatally shot on October 27, 2016, in Kansas City, Missouri. Police responded to reports of a shooting at 1632 Elmwood Avenue at approximately 6:51 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Bell lying in the front yard with a gunshot wound.
