On the evening of July 4, 2007, Victorino Perez, age 35, was found dead near his truck in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident occurred at approximately 8:30 PM, and police, fire, and EMT units responded to a call reporting an injury accident near the intersection of Scarritt and N. Wheeling.
