Gary E. Cutchlow, aged 60, was shot and killed on April 4, 2016, in a drive-by shooting in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident occurred around 6:34 p.m. at the 3235 South Benton address. Officers responding to the call found Cutchlow on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound.
