On December 12, 2019, Roger C. Williams, a 42-year-old resident of Bear, Delaware, was tragically killed in Wilmington. At the time of his death, Williams was employed as a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase and was also working as a driver for ride-sharing services Uber and Lyft. He was on a Lyft assignment when the incident occurred.
