Murdered

Marquis Pressey, a 23-year-old from Wilmington, Delaware, was tragically killed on August 7, 2014, in what authorities later determined to be a homicide. His death occurred in the early morning hours, following an altercation that led to his shooting in the area near the 900 block of West 7th Street. Pressey was found in the street with multiple gunshot wounds, and despite efforts by emergency responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
