Eddie (EJ) Lee Green Jr.

Eddie Green, a 29-year-old Black male from Wilmington, Delaware, was shot on the evening of October 25, 2020, in the 1100 block of North Heald Street. Wilmington police were called to the scene at about 7:14 p.m., where they found Green suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital, but the injuries were too severe, and he died after arriving for treatment. His death came during a violent weekend in Wilmington and was reported as the second fatal shooting in the city that Sunday.
