On November 28, 2023, at approximately 9:06 p.m., Wilmington police responded to a reported shooting inside a residence in the 200 block of West 20th Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered 39-year-old Quinton Turner suffering from gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
