Black/African American male Quinton Turner, age 39, was shot inside a home on the 200 block of West 20th Street in Wilmington, Delaware, on the night of November 28, 2023. Police were called at about 9:06 p.m. and found him suffering from gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
