Antoine Perkins, a 36-year-old man from Wilmington, Delaware, was shot and killed on December 21, 2015, in what authorities later determined to be a homicide. Perkins was found by police around 5:00 PM near the 200 block of West 26th Street in Wilmington, having suffered gunshot wounds.
