Elvis Blaize, a 43-year-old resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, was tragically killed on the night of May 24, 2022. The incident occurred in the 3900 block of Stateflower Court, located in the Churchland area of Portsmouth. According to reports, the Portsmouth Police Department responded to the scene just before 10:30 p.m. and found Blaize suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds.
