Ronald Obryant Ward, aged 51, tragically lost his life on December 7, 2021, in Portsmouth, Virginia. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, shortly after 1 a.m., in the area of Dahlgren Avenue and Ericsson Street. Upon arrival, officers found Ward with multiple gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
