Raeqwon Lamar Wiggins, a 26-year-old resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on December 9, 2020. According to reports, Raeqwon was shot and killed near the Hope Village housing community on Lincoln Street in Portsmouth. Emergency dispatchers received a call early that morning about a shooting incident. When medics and officers arrived at the scene, they found Raeqwon with fatal gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead on the spot.
