In the early morning hours of December 9, 2020, the life of 26-year-old Raeqwon Lamar Wiggins was tragically cut short in Portsmouth, Virginia. Emergency dispatchers received a call about a shooting on Lincoln Street, near the Hope Village housing community. When police and medics arrived at the scene in the 600 block of the street, they found Mr. Wiggins suffering from fatal gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
