In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Portsmouth, Virginia, tragedy struck when 53-year-old Michael Thomas Marshall, a male, was found with multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred on September 29, 2024, in the 600 block of Lancer Drive, where police responded to a call shortly before 12:30 a.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Marshall suffering from life-threatening injuries. Despite the efforts of medics, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
