Malcolm J. Hoskins, a 25-year-old resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on June 4, 2018. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Hoskins was shot while on the porch of his family's home on Cavalier Boulevard. According to reports, he had stepped outside to make a phone call to his girlfriend when he was struck by a life-threatening gunshot wound to the upper body. Despite being rushed to a local hospital, Hoskins succumbed to his injuries.
