Edward Lamont Santiful, a 45-year-old resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 11, 2023, in a shooting incident. On that fateful day, Portsmouth police officers responded to reports of gunshots on Dale Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered Santiful suffering from a gunshot wound.
